Background & Experience
Kathy is a registered osteopath who graduated with first-class honours from the College of Osteopaths in London. She holds two Level 7 Postgraduate Certificates with Distinction, covering all phases of rehabilitation, including return-to-play. In addition, she completed a two-year Diploma in Clinical Acupuncture with distinction from the University of Hong Kong.
With 18 years of experience living in Asia and a background that bridges both Eastern and Western medicine, Kathy takes a holistic approach to patient care. She integrates osteopathy and evidence-based rehabilitation with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to support long-term health, well-being, and recovery.
Kathy also brings over 15 years of experience in personal training, with specialisations in strength and conditioning, corrective exercise, Thai boxing, and Pilates. Her comprehensive skill set enables her to tailor each treatment plan to the unique needs of her clients, whether they are recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, or striving to enhance physical performance. Kathy offers osteopathy and Fit and Flex Training, helping athletes return to their favourite activities and anyone to get back to daily life pain-free.
